Competency Membership: Partner in Competency Exploration

A Competency Member supports the Alliance’s mission and vision and desires a well-equipped, knowledgeable, and skilled workforce for those working with or on behalf of infants, young children, and their families. A Competency Member is often an association for infant mental health (AIMH) or an organization investing in competencies on behalf of an AIMH. The anticipated outcome of being a Competency Member is that the AIMH will become an Endorsement Member within three years. A Competency Member receives the following benefits:

●      Competency Guidelines license branded with your organization’s logo.

●      Training & Technical Assistance (2 days in person) to launch the Competency Guidelines.

●      Unlimited access to Alliance Basecamp groups.

●      At least two (2) participant spots for the Biennial RSC Symposium (registration cost separate).

●      At least four (4) participant spots for the in-person Annual Summit for Alliance Leaders; registration fee separate. *Unlimited participant spots at the virtual event.

●      Monthly connection via Leadership calls.

●      Invitation to the annual members' meeting (no voting rights on BOD).

Initial Investment: $24,000

●      $20,000 for a 3-year Competency Guidelines license.

●      $4,000 for training/technical assistance & kick-off event.
This fee is applicable toward the Endorsement Licensing Fee (expires after three years).

Annual Renewal after three years: $2,000

The initial investment of $20,000 can be applied toward the Endorsement license fee of $50,000 if completed within three years.
