Digging Deeper: De-colonizing Our Understanding and Practice of Reflective Supervision Through a Racial Equity Lens with Indigo Cultural Center
We are thrilled to share this report on the initial data analysis from the Deeper Dive study conducted by Indigo Cultural Center, in partnership with the Alliance. It is the culmination of a long project intended to center BIPOC voices. From it we learn about how RSC practices need to be transformed to create spaces that are anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and that offer opportunities to be seen, heard, and valued fully. And it marks the beginning of an intentional effort to weave these findings into new RS guidelines and into professional development strategies to embed the findings into practice.
