Reflective Supervision Workshop
The Reflective Supervision Workshop offers a focused, three-hour training experience designed for supervisors and leadership teams seeking to explore specific challenges or "sticking points" within their practice. These workshops provide a unique blend of targeted training, reflective space, and collaborative problem-solving, creating an opportunity for leaders to delve deeply into critical topics of their choice that impact their staff and organizational culture.
Each session is tailored to address real-world supervisory challenges, offering participants practical strategies and insights while promoting reflective capacity and self-awareness. Through facilitated discussions, interactive exercises, and guided reflection, supervisors can unpack complex dynamics, explore parallel processes, and build skills to navigate difficult situations with clarity and intention.

Participate in a foundational or intermediate 1-day, in person, training experience. For professionals who have a foundational training in infant/early childhood mental health principles and either are planning to start providing RSC (beginner) or who currently provide RSC (intermediate). Topics include: Defining RSC, cultivating the RSC space, critical self-reflection, rupture and repair, the pillars of RSC, much more!

Reflective Supervision Intensive
The Reflective Supervision Intensive is a year-long professional development program designed to enhance supervisory and leadership skills across diverse disciplines. Rooted in the infant mental health principle that relationships are the foundation for growth, this program combines four structured training sessions with monthly 1.5-hour reflective consultation group sessions. Through a reflective, relationship-based approach, supervisors gain advanced skills to support staff, improve organizational functioning, and cultivate growth and well-being within their teams.
Training Sessions- Participants learn reflective supervision skills to create brave, collaborative spaces that promotes trust, curiosity, and self-reflection with their supervisees. The intensive emphasizes parallel processes to enhance leaders’ ability to support professional development and organizational health. With a focus on balancing multiple roles and responsibilities, the training provides concrete strategies to integrate reflective supervision skills into practice.
Group Reflective Consultation: A dedicated space for supervisors to engage in thoughtful dialogue, examine challenges, and integrate insights from the training into daily practice. The reflective space encourages critical self-awareness and exploration of the impacts of their work on themselves and others. A dedicated space for providers of reflective supervision to engage in thoughtful dialogue, examine challenges, and deepen their self-reflection around their work supporting others. The reflective space is designed to explore the impacts of the professional’s work on themselves and others. By advancing reflective and relationship-based approaches, participants strengthen their own reflective supervisory practice, contribute to healthier relationships development, group cultures, and promotes professional development.
