This introductory training is designed to help professionals build a strong foundation in Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RSC). The session offers a practical introduction to essential RSC concepts, including cultivating a clear definition of RSC, building trusting relationships through the Pillars of RSC, and applying the 4 Little Words framework. Attendees will learn how to co-create reflective spaces, navigate the complexities of parallel process, and apply best practices to support their work with professionals who provide services in the infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH) field. This training emphasizes consistent, relational, and intentional approaches to reflective practice.
