This interactive workshop is designed for RSC providers with foundational training in reflective supervision who are looking to deepen their skills using the 4 Little Words framework—Observe, Listen, Wonder, and Respond. Through hands-on activities, reflective journaling, and practical discussions, participants will explore how to apply these core concepts to their practice of reflective supervision. The session offers opportunities to build confidence in observing with intention, listening deeply, approaching situations with curiosity, and responding thoughtfully, enhancing their work with professionals supporting families, infants, and young children.
