Alisha Lacombe-Emile MAEd-T/L, IECMH-E ®

I am Alisha Lacombe-Emile . I am an Educator, Trainer, Coach with over 20 years of experience.
I found my second passion in the field of Mental health in 2020 when Covid hit. In the mist of chaos, Reflective Supervision has supported me through tough challenges in the field Education. I provide RSC in the State of Colorado and out of State through distance technology. I am contracted with CoAimh as one of their Endorsed Reflective Supervisor.

My  supervision style is a collaborative, relationship-based approach to professional development that helps service providers examine their thoughts, feelings, and values within their work encounters. Through regular, structured discussions between I and supervisees, it creates a safe space for professional growth and enhanced service delivery.
Four Core Values that I create in the space of Reflective Supervision is Be Observant, Be a Great Listener, Be Curious, and Be Responsive.
