Lisa Matter

Lisa Matter (she/her) has facilitated individual and small-group reflective practice as well as initial training fornew reflective practice facilitators for more than five years. Her scope of service centers on infant and toddler child care, where her career in early relational health began more than 25 years ago. She is here for healing andbelieves facilitated reflective practice is a transformational and necessary space for those who hold babies intheir arms as well as those who hold them in their hearts, regardless of their scope of service and practice. I lookforward to working together to dismantle the exploitation of care work one relationship at a time.
