Faith Eidson
In my Reflective Supervision and Consultation (RSC) work, relationships are the cornerstone. By sharing and exploring stories together, I aim to cultivate a deeper understanding and a sense of hope for the future. Grounded in the belief that everyone is doing their best, my RSC practice emphasizes the essential experience of being truly seen, heard, and known, providing the foundation for bravery, exploration, and continuous learning. In my RSC relationships, I prioritize attunement, offering compassionate listening, open-ness, curiosity, humor, and tailored guidance. Additionally, I am committed to advancing social justice by actively identifying and dismantling oppressive systems through the practice of RSC, considering my social location as a white woman, mother, and first-generation college graduate.
