Cathleen Phelan
Cathleen has been working in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health since 2010, including as a Clinical Supervisor in outpatient mental health settings since 2015 and has been providing Reflective Supervision/Consultation since 2017. Cathleen currently supervises a team of therapists working with young children and their caregivers to support stronger relationships and also provides RS/C to individuals and groups working in various IECMH disciplines. Cathleen draws on her training and experience in Child Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security Parenting, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Perinatal Mental Health. Cathleen is passionate about the importance of reflective practice to support personal and professional growth in showing up for and holding hope for families facing challenges.
