Susanne Walker Wilson

I offer training in RSC and provide RSC to individuals and groups both in-person and remotely with a commitment to Being With each other in a way that creates room for soothing first, and then, when someone is ready, welcomes reflection, curiosity, and exploration at the pace and direction they choose. I offer RSC to infant mental health providers, home visitors, early intervention providers, early care and education professionals, and to early childhood policy makers and administrators in both rural and urban areas throughout the US and Canada as well as in the Czech Republic, the UK, and Australia. My work as a trainer, consultant and coach for Circle of Security International informs what I believe about being with adults and children.as does my lived experience as a mom and a daughter, my daily work as a therapist, my deep commitment to the Diversity Informed Tenets, my Appalachian small-town heritage, my years living in other cultures and countries, and the gifts I continue to receive from time with my own reflective supervisor each week. I appreciate silence, somatic awareness, art and music, laughing (and crying) together, organizing frameworks like the RIOS, FAN, and COSP/C, as well as trusting the organic nature of RSC to find our way together.
